Based on what I understand, the DLCs (especially the missions) are
not immediately available as soon as you buy the season pass. According
to the Assassins Creed Wiki, Jack the Ripper mission pack was released
on Dec. 15th for PS4. The PC version, according to the website, will
be released supposedly on the week after its release on PS4. The Last
Maharaja missions, they stated, will not be released until early 2016.
As for the clothes and gears, I have no idea about them either. Still I
care about mission DLCs more than the gears, so I am going to keep on
waiting for the upcoming releases.
